The incident happened in Ajah market, Lagos, on Tuesday. According to reports, the soldiers also threatened to cut off the man’s penis while beating him in the presence of onlookers. Traders in the market refused to comment on the cause of the violence for fear of been attacked by the soldiers. But a lady, who pleaded anonymity, said the man was a tricycle rider, she went ahead to say that the tricyclist  just mistakenly hit  one of the soldiers with his tricycle and then the two soldiers decended on him by beating, humiliating and stripping him naked as they also threaten to cut off his manhood.
